The farm surrounded by more than 200 hectars of land is specialized in producing wine and olive oil.
It growes 60 ha cereal, 5 ha olives and 21 ha vineyards dedicated to the production of “Chianti dei colli senesi DOCG” red wine, “Reserve IGT” red wine and “ Vernaccia di San Gimignano” white wine, extra virgin olive oil.
The white wine is produced with grapes obtained exclusively from Vernaccia (during the Renaissance ìconsidered Italy's finest white winethe and the first Italian wine to receive DOC recognition in 1966).
The production is approximately Hl.700.
The red wine is produced with grapes obtained from San Giovese, Canaiolo, Black Malvasia. In terms of red wines, San Gimignano falls within the Chianti Colli Senesi zone.
The production is approximately Hl.600.
The finest extra virgin olive oil is obtained by the pressing process within 24 hours from hand collection.
These products are available for tasting and direct sale at the farmhouse.
